Delivery
Please allow for 3 to 5 working days (NZ Wide) following receipt of payment. Purchasers will be notified within 24 hours if there is a delay due to out of stock items. If in doubt please contact us prior to making your purchase.

Freight
Our policy is to only charge the actual cost of freight, courier or postage. As this is complicated to calculate for all sales, refunds may apply for some purchases. Where this occurs refunds for the difference will be made to the credit card used in the original purchase transaction.

When a purchase is required to be sent to an international delivery address, freight will not be charged until Athena Shoes has been in contact with the buyer. Once discussed, the final purchase amount and delivery charge will be charged to the buyer's credit card.
